Typically, a full assessment costs between $3300 - $3800 depending on the complexity of the presenting problem. This price is based on guidelines from the College of Psychologists of Ontario. The fee for Intellectual and Gifted assessments can be discussed at the time of booking. As noted previously the cost for an assessment which includes ASD will typically cost more ( $4500).

Many extended insurance plans and some Employee Assistance Plans (EAPs) cover psychological services either fully or partially. OHIP does not cover psychological services. Health plans differ so please check yours regarding coverage and procedures.  Payments for the assessment will happen at the end of the first testing session, and the remainder when the report is finalized. Alternate arrangements are possible through negotiations. A receipt will be given when payment is received. This receipt should be retained for your health insurance plan or income tax plan, if applicable.
